01 — About
About
I'm a backend-focused software developer who builds systems that stay reliable under real conditions. I delivered WelfareCast, an AI-powered welfare system with a FastAPI forecasting service, to DSWD San Pablo, built PriceWatch around RabbitMQ, Redis, and the transactional outbox pattern to guarantee alert delivery, and created OpsCenter to explore rate limiting, concurrency, and fault tolerance across multiple microservices. Trained at Armada Logics on Spring MVC and web fundamentals. Looking for a junior backend role where I can build systems that matter.

Projects
Price-tracking system with scheduled scrapes, message-driven pipeline, JWT auth, and instant email alerts on price drops and restocks.
JavaSpring BootPostgreSQLRedisRabbitMQJWTNext.js
Highlights
- Engineered a fault-tolerant, message-driven scrape pipeline (RabbitMQ quorum queues, dead-letter routing, Redis-based locking) that guarantees zero job loss during broker failures and prevents duplicate scans across products, even under concurrent load
- Implemented the transactional outbox pattern for guaranteed notification delivery during broker outages
- Secured authentication with JWT HttpOnly refresh cookies, token rotation, and server-side revocation, preventing XSS token theft and ensuring compromised credentials are single-use and instantly revocable
AI-powered welfare management system delivered to DSWD San Pablo: beneficiary records, dynamic templates, role-based access, and demand forecasting, deployed on Azure.
C#ASP.NET CoreEF CorePythonFastAPIProphetReactAzure
Highlights
- Developed a FastAPI + Prophet microservice with 7 forecasting endpoints covering monthly demand, per-city, per-barangay, and household-level trend predictions
- Designed a dynamic template engine letting staff create custom assistance programs without developer involvement
- Automated PDF/Excel reporting across 8 distribution views, eliminating manual report compilation
Six backend microservices (auth, job queues, rate limiting, concurrency, file storage, caching) under one Next.js dashboard with real-time SSE pipeline visualization.
JavaSpring BootPostgreSQLRedisRabbitMQMinIONext.js
Highlights
- Built 6 backend microservices (auth, job queues, rate limiting, concurrency, file storage, caching) under one Next.js dashboard, with real-time SSE pipeline visualization for the job queue service surfacing processing, retry, and dead-letter events as they happen
- Implemented Rate Limiter Lab comparing 3 algorithms (fixed window, sliding window, token bucket) with a bot simulator, and TaskYard with chaos-mode fault injection and dead-letter routing to validate pipeline recovery under simulated failures

Experience
Web Developer Intern
Armada Logics Inc.
Jan 2026 – Mar 2026- Delivered 87 assignments across 6 domains (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, OOP, Java Spring MVC, SQL, PHP) during 400 hours of intensive full-stack training
- Built a client-side storefront (product catalog, cart, checkout flow) in vanilla HTML/CSS/JS under a 1-week deadline with a 5-person team, presenting in simulated client meetings covering requirements gathering and scope negotiation
Full-Stack Web Developer
DSWD San Pablo (University Thesis)
Jun 2025 – Dec 2025- Built WelfareCast, an AI-powered welfare management system replacing 100% manual beneficiary encoding in Excel, as one of 2 full-stack developers on a 3-person thesis team
- Owned the 81-endpoint API, 16-table database schema, and AI microservice end-to-end, from architecture through production deployment on Azure
- Architected role-based access across city/municipal and provincial tiers, designed to scale across Laguna's 30 cities and municipalities under a single provincial deployment
